[唔係Anta 唔係 VF] adidas 以 25億美金出售Reebok 給 Authentic Brands Group Inc.

2006年 adidas 以36 億美元收購 Reebok ，上年宣布放盤，經過多個月嘅洽談，最終由美資的 Authentic Brands Group 以25億美金收購。

Authentic Brands Group 擁有30多個品牌：其中 Barney’s New York, Brooks Brothers, Forever 21, Juicy Couture, Nine West, Prince 及 Sports Illustrated 較為香港人熟悉。
